The Responsible Investing Committee is co-chaired by two executive directors of the firm, Chief Investment Officer, Noel O’Halloran and Deputy CEO/Head of Business Development, Geoff Blake. The Committee is made up of senior staff members including our Head of Responsible Investing, our Head of Compliance and various senior product specialists.
While the Committee and its co-chairs have ultimate responsibility within the terms of reference, we have designated ownership for tasks within the committee to ensure efficiency, compliance and ownership.
